One of these is ‘Aate ki Pinni’ (Aate ki Pinni Recipe). Which Punjabi people usually make in their homes during the winter season and consume these pinnis with milk every morning. It gives immense strength to the body and helps in fighting diseases. It is made using ghee and dry fruits etc. Let’s learn the easy recipe to make it-

Material

Wheat flour- 1 cup

Ground jaggery – 1 cup

Ghee- 1 cup

Cashews – 10 to 12

Almonds – 10 to 12

Pistachios – 10 to 12

To make Pinni, take flour in a bowl. After this, keep the pan on the gas. Heat it for some time.

Add ghee in the pan. Heat it. Now add flour into it. Fry it for some time. Fry it until its color turns brown.

After this, take out the flour in a plate. Add ground jaggery to it. Add chopped cashews, almonds and pistachios to it. Add cardamom powder into it. Mix it well.

Now apply ghee on both hands. After this, make round shaped laddus from this mixture. Pinni made of flour will be ready like this.
